Our Promise
When you hire LG Appliance Repair, you deserve confidence that the job is done right. This Warranty Policy explains the protections that come with every completed repair.
Workmanship Guarantee
Every repair we complete is backed by a workmanship guarantee. The specific guarantee period (commonly 90 days) and its scope are printed on your invoice at the time of service. If the same problem you hired us to fix reoccurs within the guarantee window and is attributable to our work, we will return and correct it at no additional labor charge.
Replacement Parts
We install genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. Many of these parts carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which varies by part and supplier. We communicate the applicable part warranty terms to you before installation. If a part we installed fails within its manufacturer warranty period, we will replace it at no additional parts cost; labor for the replacement visit is covered under our workmanship guarantee if still in effect, or at our standard rate otherwise.
What Is Not Covered
- Problems unrelated to the original repair we performed.
- Pre-existing conditions or defects present before our service.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, power surges, flooding, or acts of nature.
- Issues arising from subsequent work on the appliance by another party.
- Normal wear and tear of components not replaced during our service.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at (305) 555-0142 or [email protected] and describe the issue.
- Have your invoice or confirmation number available.
- We will schedule a follow-up visit at a time that works for you — typically within 2–3 business days.
Important Notes
Our workmanship guarantee is separate from any manufacturer warranty that may apply to your appliance. We are an independent service provider and do not administer, extend, or modify manufacturer warranties. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer’s factory warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer’s authorized service network for covered repairs.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the date of your service, as printed on your invoice, governs your repair.
