Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox — it is a continuous practice. We regularly test key pages and user flows, including service request forms and navigation menus, using a combination of automated tools and manual checks.

Known Limitations

Some third-party embedded content (such as map widgets or external booking tools) may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We work with vendors to improve these components and offer alternative ways to access the same information when possible.
