How Every Repair Works
Whether you are dealing with a refrigerator that is not cooling or a washer that will not drain, every job follows the same step-by-step process. We designed this methodology so that nothing is left to guesswork and you are never surprised by unexpected charges.
1. Intake — Tell Us What Is Happening
When you contact us, we collect your appliance type, brand, model number (if available), and a description of the symptom. This lets the technician prepare the right tools and reference materials before arriving.
2. On-Site Visual Inspection
The technician begins with a non-invasive visual check of the appliance, its power supply, water connections, and ventilation. Many problems — a kinked drain hose, a tripped breaker, a clogged filter — are caught at this stage without any disassembly.
3. Diagnostic Testing
When the issue is not immediately visible, we use professional-grade diagnostic tools — multimeters, manometers, thermal cameras, and manufacturer diagnostic modes — to isolate the faulty component. We test; we do not guess.
4. Clear, Written Estimate
Once the root cause is identified, you receive a written estimate that itemizes labor, parts, and any applicable fees. There are no hidden charges. If we anticipate any uncertainty (for example, a component that can only be fully assessed after partial disassembly), we tell you upfront.
5. Your Authorization
We do not touch a single part until you approve the estimate. If you decline the repair, you owe only the diagnostic/service-call fee (if applicable) and nothing more.
6. The Repair
We install genuine OEM replacement parts whenever available. During the repair, we protect your floors, countertops, and surrounding cabinetry. The technician works efficiently while treating your home with respect.
7. Functional Verification
After the repair, we run the appliance through a complete cycle or test sequence to confirm the issue is resolved. We do not leave until the appliance is functioning as expected.
8. Documentation and Warranty
You receive a written summary of the work performed, parts installed, and the terms of your workmanship guarantee. We also explain how to reach us if anything comes up after we leave.
